	PRODUCT TYPE Classification by structure: Mesh Box: rectangular or cube, used for retaining walls and river slope protection. Mesh Mat (Re-no mat): flat, used for slope protection and anti-scouring. Mesh Roll: supplied in rolls, can be cut on site, used for temporary reinforcement or greening projects.
CLASSIFICATION BY MATERIAL Galvanized Gabion Mesh: Conventional anti-corrosion, suitable for a general environment. PVC-coated Gabion Mesh: Enhanced acid and alkali resistance and UV resistance, suitable for humid or polluted environments. Stainless Steel Gabion Mesh: High cost, used in extremely corrosive environments or projects with high landscape requirements.
	WEAVING GABION A gabion is a double-twisted wire mesh container of variable sizes, uniformly partitioned into internal cells interconnected with other similar units, and filled with stone at the project site to form flexible, permeable monolithic structures such as retaining walls, sea walls, channel linings, revetments, and weirs for erosion control projects A mattress is a double-twisted wire mesh container uniformly partitioned into internal cells with relatively small height about other dimensions. Having generally smaller mesh openings than the mesh used for gabions, mattresses are generally used for riverbank protection and channel linings.
GABION BASKETS Gabions and mattresses are produced from double-twisted non-ferrous metallic zinc (Zn) coated wire mesh diaphragms, selvedge and edge wires, and non-ferrous metallic coated and/or stainless steel wire for lacing wire, stiffeners, and fasteners used for manufacturing, assembling, and installation of the product Standards & Common Specifications Gabion mesh is available in a variety of different specs, including wire thickness, opening size, box dimension and material grade. Consisting of hexagonal wire mesh, gabion box is divided into cells with diaphragms in 1 meter or 3ft intervals. The diaphragm reinforces the structures of gabion box.

GABION SURFACE TREATMENT The gabions we produce and supply mainly provide four anti-corrosion treatment options: hot-dip galvanizing, PVC coating, and aluminizing Hot-dip galvanizing is the most widely used treatment due to its excellent corrosion resistance and cost-effectiveness. PVC coating and aluminizing coating have higher corrosion resistance than galvanizing.

Vegetation Restoration: soil can be covered on the surface of the gabion to promote plant growth.
